Q: Do You ship internationally?
A: Our company prides itself on customer satisfaction, therefore we allow international shipping,however there is a $5.00 international fee.
Q: Can you amend my order after I've placed my order?
A: Because we are quick in shipping out our orders, we can not change any order once it has been place. This include changing sizes, shipping address, color, etc.
Q: Do you do any promo for students?
A: We strive on education and promote a 10% discount to US students. Alternatively you may be granted student discount code by getting student email validated. To get student email validated send in email to Customer Care along with picture of your student ID and intended year to graduate to receive student promo code.
Q: When will my order be charged to my account?
A: Once a order have been received and the card has been authorized, your account will immediately be charged, and a email will be sent out with a confirmation of your order confirming orders success. If the order payment is not authorized, payment will not take place and a email with be sent out informing you of invalid payment.
